I called the pulmonologist that DoDMETS assigned, and their soonest appointment was on May 19th. Is this too late to be considered for a waiver? I'll accept of course and am trying to find quicker options, but it'd be nice to know if it's urgent to get a sooner appointment for waiver consideration.

Send me an email: lawrence.e.mullen.civ@mail.mil; provide complete name and last 4 SSN; provide the text of your posting above to YOUR email.

The subject line of the email should be “eaab08- SAF= Latest waiver date + Distant Appointment.” Do NOT imbed links in your email as I will not be able to view those. :wiggle:

I have not received any email with this as the subject: The subject line of the email should be “eaab08- SAF= Latest waiver date + Distant Appointment.” :wiggle:

Good Afternoon Dr. Mullen, how long and what is the process after testing positive for Covid-19? When I was tested I had no side effects and after a few months I have had no side effects.

Thank you Mr. Mullen. Did you happen to receive my email yesterday?

Good Evening :) I sent you an email this afternoon but I’m not sure what you refer to when you said to provide the text of the posting to MY Email..... if you didn’t receive it I’ll resend :)

Overcome by events = OBE. USNA Admissions already answered you

This is crystal clear - "...provide the text of your posting above to YOUR email." = I called the pulmonologist that DoDMETS assigned, and their soonest appointment was on May 19th. Is this too late to be considered for a waiver? I'll accept of course and am trying to find quicker options, but it'd be nice to know if it's urgent to get a sooner appointment for waiver consideration.

So, this is a very high volume period. "If" you correctly send to the right email you'll always get my out of office message. I just sorted on my 865 emails on ServiceAcademyHopeful2025 and came up empty

Thank you for your email. I copied and pasted the exact subject line you gave me and hopefully it will be available to see on your end now. Thank you so much for your time and effort during this busy time.

Mr. Mullen is there any way to find out the results of a rebuttal of a disqualification after providing additional medical documents. My DS has been handling all records and he had reached out to you last week by email regarding the DQ . I did see on the SAF you have high volume of email because of the time of year. Today his status went to waiver review.

Have him resend the email to me in the next 10 hours and I'll answer promptly:zip:
