Lengthy holiday timeframes

Anyone else having really crazy times for everything? I had my exams completed 1 month ago then it took over a week just for them to receive the files, then it took another week to go on hold due to a error of the person who did the physical, then it took another week to go back to complete and receive the fix and it’s been another 2 weeks of still being on complete

Just wondering if these timeframes are normal for this time of year, with holidays and such

It is normal for the holidays, also the sheer volume of remedials, exams, and other things swamps Dodmerb about this time as the next round of SA and ROTC applicants begin to run into the many requirements to be qualified medically. And also it’s just the government, things don’t happen fast. I’ve been waiting, we’ve all been waiting. The somewhat reassuring thing is that they do (theoretically) have a deadline. But for now it is hurry up and wait.

Last year I completed my dodmerb in June and didn't hear anything until December. It should not take you six months, but that is how long it took me to get medically qualified for the academies.
