Are you talking about AIM? If so they will be fine.Would teachers/club advisors/principles count as an "appropriate school official"?
Yes, I am talking about AIM. I feel like if I ask the teacher I want for a recommendation for a summer program, then I'd be annoying to ask them again for the actual academy application. Are you talking about AIM? Okay, so I should ask letters of rec for the aim program besides those subjects and my counselor. The Academy app requires a math, english and counselors letters.
Yes. You can also reach out to an admissions officer for your area.Okay, so I should ask letters of rec for the aim program besides those subjects and my counselor. The Academy app requires a math, english and counselors letters.

They said an appropriate school official can work too.for AIM last year they specified a guidance or college counselor letter of recommendation, not a teacher. Please check the instructions on the application or call to ask to be sure.
Guidance counselors expect to write many letters of recommendations- don't ever worry about bugging them! But do be sure to ask for the letters very early on and give them complete instructions on what is needed and where to send.
