Likelihood of an Appointment

I received an LOE and my 3Q and I have three nominations, I am wondering if having multiple noms helps out or if it is just a requirement to have one? I am wondering how completive my application looks.

Well its that idea, a MOC can only have 5 cadets at each academy at one time. So the more nomination you have, the more chances you have to be chosen from that slate. But you are so close! I am right with you, but I only have a District Nom.

I'm in the same boat! LOE, 3 nominations, and 3Q. I believe having multiple noms does help you out since the academy will have more than one place to possibly charge your appointment. If a candidate only has one nom and they don't win the slate then they are placed on the NWL. if you have 3 noms, you have 3 chances of being a slate winner before being put on the NWL.
