DD was called by a CGA official in early December and told that she would get LOA. Nothing has come through since. Is CGA still offering LOAs?

She should contact them again to see what happened - DS got his LoA in August - my understanding is there were less than 35 being issued

Yes, I would call in. My DS got his call in August and the LOA showed up in the mail about 2 or 3 days later.
