if you was to get a LOA does the letter say it’s a LOA? And would that come snail mail or email?

I received my LOA back on October 6th. In the first paragraph it basically says congratulations you have been recommended for an appointment, we have reserved a cadetship for you contingent upon the completion whatever you haven’t finished yet and continued excellence in school, then it specifically says my “letter of assurance” will be withdrawn if I don’t complete my CFA by a certain date, and says once all of my matters are resolved I’ll be appointed to the class of 2023. So yes, it does specifically say “letter of assurance.” I forgot to mention that it comes by snail mail.
