Locked account?

Hello, it may be that someone was trying to access my account, but when I try to login on the candidate portal it states that "Your account is locked. If eligible, it will unlock after an hour and you can try again".

Is anyone else having this problem?

I am also receiving this message. I assume it may be some kind of maintenance.
 
I am also still having this issue. Does anyone have a screenshot of the report times for R-Day? The only place I know where to find them is in my portal.
 
Is there an email where we can find the direct deposit form? Or another way since we are locked out. (I have found an online version after searching "Fast Start Direct Deposit Form" but I would like to make sure it is correct with the one West Point provided)

I am pretty positive they are all the same. My bank sent me a pre filled fast start direct deposit form that I’m bringing.

I am having the same problem, how can I print out the forms needed for R day without using the portal?
