LOE Form Specifics

Can anyone comment on the exact/specific nature of the questions proposed to Math and English Teachers on WestPoints LOE Form. Is it a Personal Statement, Box Checking , Character trait Rankings Ect?

It will be a typical Army Form with box checking and spaces for additional comments. The box checking will be a ranking system that can be easily quantified.

It will be more geared toward character traits like level of commitment and hard work, intelligence, ability to deal with teachers and peers, leadership potential, etc. They will not be asked to write a letter of recommendation.

If I remember correctly they are asked to rank certain items from 1-5 with with 1 or 5 being the best or worst and one of his teachers filled it out incorrectly thinking they were marking the higher value when they in fact marked the lowest value and asked to redo it after they submitted it.
