Log in Issues

My son is having trouble logging into the DoDMERB site. He logged in once, changed his password, and was able to access his file. When he attempted this again he could not log in. He sent an email to the address listed on the page, they reset his password. He logged in again, changed his password again, accessed his file. He logged off and tried again, and the same thing is happening again.

Is anyone else having problems?
