You can go to a Military Treatment Facility if you live close to a military base and they can technically administer the physical for you and send it to DoDMERB independent of Concorde, but only some 5% of applicants do this because it's less reliable. I'm a senior applying for the first time so I'm still not 100% on the details but I'm probably going to call my local MTF and ask about it.
