Login Issues on DODMETS

My medical status on my USMA Candidate Portal just changed from "No Action" to "Scheduler Forwarded to DoDMERB." I was instructed to log onto the DODMETS website to schedule my medical exam and submit my medical forms. To log in, you must provide your SSN and last name, but for some reason, the website continues to tell me that my login information is incorrect. I sent DODMETS an email, but I'm curious if anyone else had this problem and could get back to me quicker.
