Looking for SW Ohio area cadets for 2018 all academy dinner

I am a member of the SW Ohio USNA parents' club that is working on putting together the 2018 All Academy Holiday Dinner in December 2018. This is a dinner meant to celebrate cadets and midshipmen from all of the service academies. We are in the preliminary stages of planning the dinner.

I am simply looking for contact information for any parents' organization in the southwest Ohio area that may wish to participate in any planning or at least that has cadets that would like to attend.

All Service Academy Holiday Party 2018

The US Air Force Academy Parent's Club of Southwest Ohio and the US Naval Academy Parent’s Club of Greater Cincinnati wish to invite you to a buffet dinner celebrating Cadets and Midshipmen from our United States Service Academies

Thursday, December 20th, 2018
6:30 to 10:30

All First Class Cadets and Midshipmen with be presented with flags.

Dress code is holiday casual -- no uniforms required. There will be a DJ and photo booth for some fun.

Price is $41.50 per person (paid by PayPal) and includes dinner and drinks (soda, beer, wine). Cadets and Midshipmen meals will not be sponsored this year. You can pre-pay by using your PayPal account and selecting “Pay for goods or services" to usafa.parent.sw.oh.tr@gmail.com.

Any additional donations to help cover costs would be greatly appreciated and are tax deductible.
