The USNA BGO and USAFA ALO have already contacted my son for interviews, but he has yet to hear anything from his USMA MALO. On his candidate file it has a listing for a Congressional District Coordinator (is this the MALO?). Is my son supposed to initiate the contact? He did receive LoA from USMA last week.

See other thread on this subject. Yes, the CDC listed on the portal is where you should start... it may just be him/her, or he/she may have other volunteers working within the congressional district who will help mentor you through the process, conduct your interview, etc.
