Marine Option NROTC Summers

My brother applied for the MO NROTC scholarship. I received the NROTC 4 year scholarship. I understand that as an NROTC 4 year winner I must go to NSI this summer after high school graduation. Where do the MO NROTC 4 year scholarship recipients go for summer training before freshman year? I am simply curious.

Incoming Marine option MIDN also attend NSI at Great Lakes. Congrats on the scholarship!

The only caveat I will add that the mids attending one of the SMCs may not get a slot. Post covid, some of the SMC mids did not go to NSI.
