that’s when my son was there. Ask him if he remembers “Aquaman” aka Cardamone. They gave him the nickname “Aquaman” because he was the only one that was on a swim team
 
Thank you for the information! We were an exception to the rule because of some connections that got my son into the trooper youth week. We actually live in Maryland just over the line. I am going to check and see if Maryland has something similar though

They do, I believe all states have Boys State through the American Legion!

For those with DS or DD in Delaware and currently juniors in HSm and considering applying for ROTC scholarships, I highly recommend applying for the American Legion Boy's State and Girl's State. This is helpful on your scholarship applications and may be helpful in college applications in general. My daughter is also on a swim team in Delaware
