Have been accepted just waiting on medical waver. Seeing May 1st is the deadline to make final college decisions. What happens if still no word on waver?

If you want it, you have to keep waiting. DS was in similar boat regarding USNA and was able to talk to the admissions dept at his Plan B school around now (27th/28th). They agreed to keep his spot open until May15th to give him a bit more time. At some point, though you may have to roll the dice and either accept Plan B or decline.

Make sure you read the fine print if scholarships, etc are involved, before you sign any acceptances. There are threads on here about nasty legal fights trying to back out of some schools if SA waiver came after accepting.

Good Luck!

DS in the same boat. We put deposit at Plan B. I have been reading that it is a good idea to keep Plan B viable until they actually enlist because something could happen in the meantime (injury, etc..) and appointment taken away. Just one Newbie's thoughts, plenty of insight to find on the topic in the forums.
