Medical exam as Physical for sports?

Would my completed and verified DODMERB medical exam work for my physical required to play a spring sport? I've been trying to look it up but i'm not sure, I can't find anything about it. It is pretty much the same thing but more in depth so I feel like it should work.

My childrens' school requires a specific sports physical form, so in their case it wouldn't work. If your school has more flexibility they may accept it but like @A1Janitor said, only your school would be able to verify that for you.

I dont think you can use it because that is the property of DOD. I might be wrong..

There is no way anyone on this site could possibly know what your school may or may not accept. Seems you should be asking the school this question.
