Medical Exam Missing Pulse Reading

Good afternoon,

I completed my medical and eye exams in mid-December, and three weeks ago received correspondence on my DoDMERB status that my medical form (DD Form 2351) was missing my pulse reading (Administrative AMI 254.00).

I called CIV Team and they told me that solving the remedial was as simple as making a walk-in appointment and that I should call them after the exam. I went in and the doctor (who has been unprofessional, to say the least) checked my pulse on my wrist and walked off, giving me no indication that he nor anyone would submit my results.

It's been 1 week since that appointment, and I've been calling CIV Team attempting to verify that my results were submitted to no avail. My portal also shows no indication that the remedial was completed.

I understand the wait associated with reviewing my medical results, but I'm more anxious to confirm that my pulse was actually submitted to DoDMERB, considering it was my provider's fault that it was missing in the first place.

Thoughts? Is a 1+ week wait for any sort of confirmation normal for what appears to be a simple remedial?
