On my application portal it still says that my medical examination has not been received even though I got the results back months ago. I was also contacted by the USNA twice over the past 3 weeks asking for the results which I sent but nothing has changed on my portal. What can I do about this becuase I’m worried it will slow down the waiver process which I know can be very long. Thanks!

Try this in the DoDMERB portal.
@MullenLE will likely leap in to offer to communicate.

I had the exact question, I will forward to DODMERB Portal. Thank you.

I had this exact same problem. Email your Area Coordinator. I did and she replied saying to send a copy of my medical qualification from the DoDMERBs website. Once I did she said everything was in order.

Navy555 = send me an email: lawrence.e.mullen.civ@mail.mil; provide complete name and last 4 SSN; paste your posting above to your email. I would have answered earlier had this been posted on the DoDMERB thread.... :wiggle:

My son had the same issue. He was medically approved months ago and it was sent to the Academies. The Navy Portal didn't update and the Admissions Representative confirmed it had been received by Navy and not to worry about the Portal (tough to do). He got the confirmation from the Rep in writing.
