Medical examination not showing in portal

I sent in all the supplemental info for DODMERB and have had a qualified status for about a week and a half, but my portal for USNA still has the medical examination unchecked. I know it takes some time to get put in, but I was hoping someone has an idea for how long it will take USNA to receive and check it off my progress list. I tried emailing my counselor, but due to the random power outages here in Texas, my email isn't sending. Any info would be appreciated, thank you!
