Hi all,

I notified my admissions officer that my medical examination is ready to be pulled from the dodmerb database, and was notified that it should be updated in my portal within 2 weeks. However, that was back in 02/07. I sent another email on the 24th but have not received a response back yet. I am a bit anxious as I was dq'ed and would like to know if I will be put in the waiver pool or not. Is there anyone else I can message to check if usna received my medical examination or some way to expedite the process?

Thank you!

There is a DoDMERB part of the forum on the site here. Mr. Mullen will give you some specific advice about how to email him your questions. ;)

Can you please clarify what means to be pulled from DODMERB database ? Did Dodmerb informed you about it ?

The service academies can choose to obtain the results from DoDMERB.

Like accessing my medical examination and sending it to the USNA admissions office. Dodmerb gave me a final message regarding my medical examination after I had to send them some AMI's. I was officialy dq'd for two reasons.

Thank you! I was not so sure whether this was a dodmerb question or usna question but I will post this question over there as well.

You don’t need to access it or send anything to USNA. DoDMERB is the joint DoD agency which serves various service “customers” by managing the contract medical providers doing the exams, aggregating and reviewing the data, making a determination of meets/does not meet DoD accession standards, and making that available to their customers.

What you see on your outward-facing portal is a convenience set up for you; USNA can see more. Your portal updates are usually not instantaneous.
