Includes benign cysts, or only malignant ones?

The DoDMERB reviewers will decide which reported cysts are significant or not using the current DoDI 6130.03

For example, if you had an epidermal inclusion cyst removed in 20xx, then list it. The DoDMERB reviewer won’t consider an EIC as DQ.
