Medical Readiness Form

Hi everyone!

I officially am committed to USNA (thinking of everyone who is waiting this week!) and I have been filling out the forms on the portal. However, my Medical Readiness Form is shown with a pdf that states "Please Wait..." and gives me information on how to update my Adobe (it is updated). I just want some confirmation that I am not the only one facing this issue? It has been 2 months so I am just getting anxious.

Hey, maybe try multiple computers and see if it works on one, you just need to get it printed out so you can sign and upload it back into the portal.

Clear cache.
Try different browsers.
Turn fully off between trues.

I had to change where my pdfs open to get it to open in Adobe and not on my desktop.
