For the DoDMERB medical visit, it asks you to bring copies of your medical record. I’m sorry for asking such a seemingly obvious question, but what does this mean? Like, my whole medical record? From when I was born? Should I ask my family doctor? I’ve only been at my family doctor for a couple years, do they have my past records too? So sorry about this…

The only item you need to bring to your medical exam is your completed medical history form and your picture ID

For your Optometric exam, your picture ID. :wiggle:

This is the 100+ question form I filled out after logging in to dodmets right?

To clarify, should the medical records pertaining to any "yes" answers be brought to the exam and submitted at the same time? Or, do you wait and provide the medical records if asked?

Wait until they’re asked; someones else asked something similar. You can wait for Mr. Mullen’s answer too though.

mjmcco = The only documents you should bring to your medical exam is a copy of your medical history and your photo ID, as explained in the Civ Team (DoDMETS) instructions :wiggle:
