Medical Waiver Denied

Good morning,
My DD checked her DoDMERB status and saw that it changed to “Waiver Denied”. She was supposed to play volleyball for the USCGA. Is there an appeal process?

My son just received email this am that his Medical waiver for mild case of eczema das been declined.. This is a very mild case that is a direct result of a specific soap that was used. How do we go about the appeal process? Any and all input is greatly appreciated, please help...

USCGA Admissions has previously stated that all medical waiver decisions from USCGA are final.
 
Hello,
My son's DoDMerb accounts medical status changed to "Waiver Denied" for color vision deficiency. The test had him listed as passing blue with 100%, passing red with 60% and 70% but green was at 35 and 40%. How would we start the appeals process, if possible? Any information/advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!
