methacholine test for asthma

Quick question. I've done a search but don't see the answer.

Has anyone seen an asthma DQ receive a waiver without being asked to have the methacholine test?

Did your DD do a Pulmonary Functional Test? Was it is mild asthma?

She took no test and while I'm not 100% sure I think that because she was an athlete in an endurance sport that they didn't choose to make her take it.

Her asthma was non-existent in her mid to late teens, but she had to answer 'yes' on the medical questionnaire because she had symptoms after her 13th birthday.
