Migraine problem

I was diagnosed with the shingles a couple of weeks ago and have been having multiple migraines since. I went to the doctor and he said that the migraines could possibly be a result of the shingles virus. I was suceptible to migraines previously but they were random occurences and due to poor dieting and improper hydration.

I am a junior and really want to attend the Air Force Academy. I have been working really hard to get in and would hate to see the door close because of some medical issue. Do you think my migraines could prevent me from attending the Air Force Academy given the conditions of which I am getting them?
