DODMERB requested a remedial from me yesterday. I have yet to find out what it is. I missed a single beep during my hearing test(the test wasn't done in silence just a probe in my ear in a loud exam room so basically it wasn't valid according to language in the DODMERB exam info). What are the chances that missing this single beep have caused a remedial? Or are remedial for something else?

That's possible, but just a guess. There are so many things that it could be. Did they give you a code?

Don't sweat it - remedials are not uncommon. Do whatever DoDMERB requests regarding the remedial. It is not a 'failure' or a DQ. You may have to re-take the test and/or they may give you the option to have the test conducted by a private physician.

Just an update. Turns out I just need to turn over paperwork related to Benign Orthostatic Proteinuria when I was a kid. I guess the hearing was fine. Thanks to all that contributed
