Missing Test Results?

So I got an email today telling me that they had received my opto test results but were missing the medical test results. I went to the medical test and they said I passed everything no problem and they said they'd send it to the proper address but apparently they didn't get it. I replied to the email and left a voicemail with DodMERB but want to know if this has happened to anyone else. What happened in your opinions?

They probably didn't send the physical copy of your examination to one of the contracted agencies DODMERB uses(I had Concorde). I unfortunately experienced this myself but it was a easy fix. First, I called Concorde and asked what the problem was. After informed from a representative, I simply called the place where I had my medical exam and asked them to mail and fax a copy of my examination to the chosen agency.

We also had to call the Dr off ice and have them re-fax the exam to DoDMERB. Apparently for DS's, one or more of the pages faxed as a blank. DoDMERB said they have to wait 10 days to request the exam from the Dr, but that we could request it from the Dr. Easy fix!
