Does anyone know how this works? I am going to be moving from Southern California to North Carolina in a few weeks and I am in the middle of getting a congressional nomination. Would I have to scrap this congressman and start over in NC or will I get my nomination from Southern California? This is so confusing! Thank you for any help on this.

I recommend talking to each congressional service academy coordinator. My guess is you would likely be applying from the NorCal district...but that is based off the limited information provided (no need to provide more). I would glance over the NorCal district's application BEFORE contacting their coordinator to see if there will be any potential deadline issues....also you can become familiar with their requirements and see if you can knock those out (i.e. teacher recommendations, transcripts, etc.) before you move since it might be harder to obtain/coordinate once you are up north.
