Mr. Larry Mullen

Correct. 😁
Traveled and worked all day today, signing off for the night
Hi Mr. Muller,
Glad you are getting some sleep. I emailed you a few minutes ago but yahoo kept kicking the email back - hoping it made its way to you. AFROTC scholarship type 2 recipient for Fall 2020.
My daughter got two AMIs and a DQ. The letter stated the AMIs (unrelated to the DQ condition) had to be cleared before the waiver process can start. We feel good we got what we need to submit the AMIs for tomorrow. My question is GAD which is what the DQ is for. My daughter had some trouble sleeping due to anxiety (she lost a friend to cancer) and do we thought it was good she see someone for it. She did for less then 12 mos but was on medication during that time. It sorted itself out. She has been off a very low dose of the medication for over two months. During this whole time there were no suicidal thoughts etc. never has there been any. She hasn’t missed out on any school, hasn’t been antisocial, no grade slippages, increases responsibility, AP classes, took on a job. Obviously she is worried since she has been DQ’ed for the GAD. What will they look for waiver wise?

thank you.

I responded to your post moments ago at: DoDMERB tab, “Waiver Timeframe” thread

Hberger87 -
I’ve determined that the emails I received are NOT from you Or about your daughter.
So, recommend your daughter comply with the sticky under the DoDMERB tab titled “FAST”
This will allow me to see the exact details; provided a more informed response; and not do it on a public forum with such a sensitive/private topic :)

Any word on if waivers are still being reviewed or on pause with the COVID-19 situation?

Medical waiver processing is being determined by each SA and ROTC program in accordance with their particular circumstances:)
