Multiple Noms on portal?

Q: DS has two congressional noms (letters came 3 weeks ago), portal shows only one. When he called to inquire, admissions said "they only post the one that helps the most." Both were Senators. Make sense? Don't want to pester, but don't want to miss a 'bite of the apple.'

DS called USNA regarding a different matter but received an equally fishy response. To answer your question directly, DS received three Nominations this year and all three appear on his portal.

Never heard that reason before. However, I don't recommend calling USNA about nominations until the last few days of January (nominations due to USNA on January 31), as the response might be..."the MOC might not have submitted them to us yet...call us back in February."
