Our DS visited all of his potential schools and scheduled a visit with each NROTC unit while on campus. However, there was only one "official" interview for the scholarship application process. He chose to have this conducted by his first choice school in accordance with the application instructions. His local scholarship coordinator was notified as well and, upon completion of the interview, the NROTC unit staff either sent the corresponding paperwork/interview forms to the scholarship coordinator or or uploaded them into their system. If this was official interview then I think you can only do once. They have to take action on their end on your application once they interview you....that could not happen more than once.
