My daughter just received an acceptance letter for a 4 year Army ROTC scholarship to 2 schools. The form she received is asking her to pick a school to accept or decline the offer. This is due by March 10th. She has also applied for an Air Force ROTC scholarship and applied to the US Coast Guard Academy, but has not received an offer or denial letter at this time from either of these two.

My question is that if she sends in the acceptance letter to the Army ROTC scholarship, does that officially take her out of the running for the Air Force Scholarship and/or Coast Guard and finalizes her college/military choice? Or will she be able to consider other offers once she gets responses and then be able to choose one?

I attempted to contact Army Cadet Command, but still have not received a response... Anyone had a similar situation?

No, she will still be in the running.
Yes, she will be able to choose what works best for her.
Your acceptance of the scholarship is non binding.
