NAPS Nominations

When reapplying for nominations, should the teacher/counselor/principal evaluation forms found in some nomination applications be filled out by high school faculty or should these be filled out by the faculty at NAPS?
I would appreciate any help, thank you!
 
Contact the staff member in each MOC's office and ask them the procedure for re-applicants. My daughter found when speaking to them that all three have an abbreviated process and do not require new recommendations unless you choose to replace them with new ones from prep school. She was told that her files from last year would be transferred over. Not all MOC's do this the same so you have to ask.
