NASS Scholarships

I got accepted into NASS last Friday and saw that there were need-based scholarships. I emailed summerprograms@usna.edu and I got an email saying that the scholarship applications would be sent out in the coming weeks. Does anyone know how long approximately that it takes for the scholarship applications to be sent out?

I would wait a couple of weeks. I know someone who applied for the need based scholarships one month before the summer seminar and still received financial support. They are always willing to help.

I emailed them too and got the same answer. I'm just worried about it because it said payment had to be made within 10 days of acceptance to reserve your spot. I emailed the other email for general questions, hopefully, they will email me back and tell me what's going on with that and what we need to do.

The only problem is that payment has to be made within 10 days in order to keep your slot.

I just got an email back and they said that scholarship applications will be sent out next week through docusign and that in that case the 10 day deadline does not apply to us since we applied for the scholarships. If either of us don't get the scholarships than a new deadline will be given to us.
