That facility used to be the classic Officers’ Club and Bachelor Officers’ Quarters combination. Over the years it has morphed into “The Club” dining facility as noted in the link above, with a much more open array of memberships designed to drive revenue.
The rooms are part of the Navy family of on-base hotels, with eligibility to use relating to DOD status, military, DOD civilian, reserve, retired, etc. See link below. It’s about a 2-star level.
I THINK mids can make reservations for family members, if the family member doesn’t meet eligibility. Worth calling.
There is also a Navy Lodge facility across the Naval Academy Bridge at NSA Annapolis. Same eligibility.
