I am very interested in becoming a pilot in the Navy and I feel that NROTC is the best way for me to get a college experience while getting commissioned. My stats are:
-1270 SAT/26 ACT
-3.65 cumulative GPA 3.7 weighted
-25 hours as a student pilot, recently solo
-Taking 1 AP class this year, 3 AP classes next year
-Section leader for drumline, 4 years marching band
-Cadet Airman First Class in Civil Air Patrol
-Volunteer regularly at Gleaners food bank
-Hoping to attend San Diego State Univeristy and major in Aerospace Engineering

There are several "chance me" threads available for review, but since most members have the opportunity to view full application packages nor NROTC selection criteria, members can not generally provide meaningful selection probabilities.

In general, I would recommend that you try to raise your SAT/ACT scores and look for meaningful leadership opportunities. Your window of opportunity is closing rapidly, so focus on items you have direct control over and resist the temptation to join a number of activities simply to pad your résumé. Your bio does not mention any sports, but make sure are in shape and prepared to excel on your fitness assessment.

The Civil air patrol is an outstanding program. I have been heavily involved since the summer before my 9th grade year and just recently earned the rank of C/Capt. Promote rapidly, seek out squadron leadership positions, and overall, take advantage of the wonders CAP has to offer.

I assume you are a Junior, so I would recommend you pick which standardized test you like better (for me it is hands down the SAT), and once you do, you should take the entire summer to bring it past a 30/1400. Also, add one more AP class to your schedule next year if you think you can handle it.

I like what @FMHS-79 said about not padding your resume. It will be glaring on your application! I have had massive temptations to do this but I advise you stick with QUALITY not QUANTITY!

As far as sports are concerned, I recommend you pick up a high school sport for next year. Cross Country in the fall, Track in the Spring would be your best bet because all it is is running, and running is something that you can easily practice over the summer.

Good luck to you!
