To any 2018 parents in the Southeast Texas area (which includes, but is not limtied to, the greater Houston area): Our local parents group has had difficulty getting names of all our area appointees from the Academy. So, if you have not yet heard from us, we are having a "Hail and Farewell" luncheon/meeting recognizing the new appointees and honoring the graduating seniors on May 4. We would love for all our area appointees and parents to join us. We have asked for RSVPs by April 28. I can give you more info or you can go to our website at setxafapa.org for details. It's a great way for your appointee to meet some other appointees prior to I-day and for the parents to get to know other parents and see what the club has to offer. Hope to see you there!
