"New" Navy Portal Not Working?

I was just wondering if anybody else is having trouble logging into the "new" navy portal. Instead, when you log yourself back in, does it take you to the "old" portal? Thanks.

When my DS logs into the "old" portal the site opens up to a "You've been logged out" prompt, and when you click Log Back In and login it takes you to the "new" portal- no way at present to login to the "old" portal format.

When I type in the address for the "old" portal

After logging in to CIS, jump back to the application portal. If you look to the top right and see "sign out", you are logged in even if the landing page says you aren't. Then delete the last part of the URL in the address bar back to "online app" and see if it takes you to your dashboard. Worked for us. Unfortunately, it is still the same, just the LOA showing up.

This happens to me, too; the way I go around it is that I've saved both sites as bookmarks, and after being forced to log into the old portal, I just go back to the new one. It keeps me logged in from the old one and I can see the new portal.

The “new” portal is the one where decisions(LOAs and appointments) have been releasing from. This is the link

However, it has not been working today for most people with the you have been logged out issue.

The "new" portal I linked above is still currently not working today. But this link to the "new" portal is working for me today and I can see my LOA again, relieving some worries.
