No Accept/Decline button

My DS got the offer but there is no Accept or Decline button in the portal. He sent an email to the admissions but still hasn't fixed it yet. Does anyone have/had the same issue?

Yes. Once I clicked the "View Your Decision", the appointment offer letter displayed. But there is no Accept/Decline button, only Close button there.

Congratulations! This gives our DD a glimmer of hope that there are still offers being made at this point. I’ve seen on other posts where it might take a day for the link to pop up but in the meantime he might want to contact admissions to tell them he will accept.
