So I've been having issues with the NROTC application recently, but now after trying to check my USNA application, I'm getting the same error: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.
Additionally, my dad was able to access the site using his phone. I'm not sure what is going on or who to contact to try to get help with this, and I've tried switching browsers as well. Am I on some kind of blacklist for security reasons or something? I'm not sure what would cause this.
