No information about remedial?

DS has no medical problems (after some surgeries as a toddler), so we were surprised to see on Dec 3 his DoDMERB status showed remedial requested. We waited for information about it for a few weeks, but we've received nothing from anyone. I thought they were supposed to get a letter to us. DS has tried calling them twice but they've been unavailable (once for weather and I guess once for holidays, although it was Jan.2).

Is this kind of wait for information regarding remedial typical? We're wondering if there's been a mix-up, as we thought his medical qualification would be the only "given" in this whole process.
 
My DoDMERB status showed that a remedial had been requested on December 18. Within one or two days I had received a letter in the mail from DoDMERB with information about my remedial.

I would continue to contact DoDMERB if I were you because that is definitely a long time to be waiting for a letter. There could have possibly been a mix-up. A quick email to DoDMERB will most likely get a response in a day or two.
 
Oh wow, there definitely must be an issue then. We'll send off an email both to DoDMERB and his BGO, see if we can figure out the problem. Thanks!
