No Nomination? What happens next?

There were at least two forum members here last year, I recall, in this exact scenario. One didn’t meet the academic criteria for their MOC’s, yet held an LOA. Perhaps not common? But a bummer of it does to you.

I am pretty sure I will reach the academic criteria for my district - 31 ACT and a 4.7 GPA as well as extracurriculars such as captain and all state for cross country and track, Boys' State Lt. Governor, head of 4 school clubs, 300+ service hours in well known community organizations, etc.
