Does the admissions page not have an option to login for anyone else? If this is not just a personal issue, what is the reason for the absent login link?

What are you trying to accomplish? I read your questions three times, and I can’t get there.
Best guesses:
- Naval Academy Summer Seminar applications opened today at 9 AM EST. There were/are technical difficulties (threads today noted access error message), so the application link may still be not showing.
- If you are interested in Class of 2025 applications, a portal for that will not open until April.
If it’s not these two, please help us out with what you’re looking for via a login to, presumably, USNA.edu
