No SLE Email

My daughter is waiting on her SLE email. She has gotten an email saying it might be in spam but it is not. Any ideas of what she should do next?

My DD got the SLE email where she was asked to chose session, classes, t-shirt size etc.

According to Love event in FB yesterday by USMA admission, the SLE results will go out mid April.
 
My DS hasn't gotten his e-mail either. DS had gotten an e-mail from WP on the 17th stating "We are currently experiencing technical issues which will temporary delay receipt of your login information to the SLE application. Please look for the SLE email between January 22-24, although if the issue is resolved, could be sooner." But, still no b-a-n-a-n-a.
 
We are having a problem also.
Received the 24-48hr for the SLE
Info on Monday.
I contacted WP yesterday there was supposed to be password reset followed by a email .
No email and still not working.
Also checked spam.
This is very frustrating now were at Friday night guessing nothing we can do to Monday.
-must be testing my patience
 
I am a class of 2025 candidate and I've gotten all of the emails out of order. I've received my SLE log in information through an email and then following that one received an email telling me that I should expect an SLE email with login information inside so the dates and order of this stuff seem to be completely out of whack for a lot of kids. All I can say is as long as your DD or DS has clicked on the SLE application link on the West Point website where you provide your ID to express interest in it, I was told you should eventually receive the email. Good luck with this, I hope you get those emails soon!
 
Thank you. My son did not do SLE and is now a Firstie so I know it isn't critical however our daughter is deciding between Academies and thinks this would help her decide. Hopefully we get an email soon. Thank you for the responses.
