Hey guys,

I'm supposed to write 2 essays 500 words each answering the following questions: 1) Why do you want to attend a military academy and serve as an officer in the United States Armed Forces? 2) What are your goals? 3) What do you see yourself doing in ten years in terms of personal, professional and family goals?

Do you guys have any advice? anything would be appreciated, like how should I split the two essays? What appeals to a congressman? It's for Congressman Daniel Webster by the way, and I'm applying to USAFA

Congressman Webster wants both essays to answer these 3 questions? Writing two essays about the same topics seems pretty redundant to me. My advice to you would be write the first essay stating why you want to be USAFA and serve as an officer. Write the essay about your career goals and what you see yourself doing in 10 years.
