Nomination - Naval Academy

I was notified last week that I received a nomination to USNA. Any idea how long that takes to show up on the portal? USMA was only 24 hours, but wasn't sure if USNA is delayed due to the software change.

Rest assured that it will show up at some point. It has been a crazy year. Trying to figure out when something will happen is just a guessing game, in this application cycle.

my DD is still waiting for her pres nom to show up...they say they have the paperwork, it has been 3 months...

I know it’s exciting, but the important thing is you’re getting one. Seeing it pop up on in the portal on your computer screen is rewarding, but not ultimately important. Be patient and finish the rest if the application. It could take a week or more, and that’s in a normal year.
