There is an obscure law somewhere that states that one member from each state must be in each entering class. I cannot imagine it happening in this day and time that there is not at least several. However, I would assume that, should it happen, the onus is on the Admissions Dept to visit that state and bring one candidate, dragging and screaming, to I-Day.mdlrnc said:Do the academies have to admit at least one nominated candidate from each state?
