Nomination Slate

Do students currently at NAPS compete against other nominated individuals from the same district for the congressman's slate? If so, how is it fair to the other individuals who were nominated? Assuming that the congressman only fills one vacancy each year

Yes, NAPS candidates apply for MOC nominations, and if they win the slate, get charged to that MOC. If they don’ t win the slate, they are admitted under one of the other nomination sources.
